Welcome

National Lymphatic Centers is a specialized lymphatic therapy practice offering manual lymphatic drainage and lymphatic and medical massage bodywork. All services are delivered by licensed massage therapists and certified lymphedema therapists on our staff.

Appointments & Cancellations

We reserve appointment time exclusively for you. In-person consultations require a valid credit card on file when you book. To avoid fees, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full appointment fee. Clinical Services & Outcomes

All treatments are tailored to your individual assessment. Results vary by patient based on health history, severity of concern, adherence to the treatment plan, and lifestyle factors. We do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. Your therapist will explain realistic expectations before any treatment begins, and informed consent is obtained for every clinical intervention.

Health Information & Consent

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete health history at intake and updating us if your health status changes. Because manual lymphatic work is not appropriate for every condition, treatment may be modified or declined if a contraindication is identified. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards. National Lymphatic Centers is a self-pay clinic and does not bill insurance directly. We provide an itemized superbill after your visit, which you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement of medically necessary lymphatic therapy. Your insurer decides what they cover. Pricing is subject to change; current rates are confirmed at the time of booking.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number to National Lymphatic Centers, through our website, online booking, chat widget, in-clinic intake, or by texting our number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from us related to your appointments, post-visit care, and, where you have separately opted in, promotional content. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you have requested and is not sold or shared for any other commercial purpose.

• Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages, except where law requires otherwise.
• Reply HELP for assistance at any time.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Cricket, Boost, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, and other smaller carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
