We use text messages for confirmations, reminders, and post-visit care notes. You choose whether to receive them, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP.
How to sign up for texts
Use the message form on our contact page. It asks for your mobile number and, separately, for your agreement to receive text messages — an unticked box means no texts. That is the only place on this website where we collect a mobile number.
You can also opt in by texting our clinic number directly, or by telling our front desk at your visit. Either way, the agreement is yours to give and yours to withdraw.

What we do with your number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your number is used only to send you the messages you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else to market to you.
What we send
- Appointment confirmations, with the date, time, and which clinic to come to
- Reminders before your visit
- Post-visit care notes from your therapist
- Answers to questions you start in the chat
- Occasional clinic news and offers, only if you separately opt in to those
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation that you have been removed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or call us at 630-828-6582.

- Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Cricket, Boost, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, and other smaller carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Stopping texts does not affect your care. We will still reach you by phone or email about your appointments.
